Specialists in Electrical Installations and Maintenance
Our team of skilled commercial electricians have vast experience carrying out electrical installation works in all manner of business and industrial projects. Whether it be minor dilapidation works or brand new commercial shop fit out installations.
We pride ourselves on the professional and reliable electrical services we offer to all of our customers. We are committed to maintaining high standards. Our friendly, experienced and skilled team will deliver a quality service tailored to the individual needs of the client.
All of our works and projects are carried out with fully compliant standards following the statutory building regulations for the UK. Just like our new installation work, as Approved Contractors, our electrical refurbishment works are certified by The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) with Health & Safety accredited by CHAS.
Electrical Installation Certification
Upon completing your electrical installation or maintenance work, the UK Safety Management team will provide you or your business with a certificate showing that your building or property is compliant with the appropriate safety standards set in place by the health and safety commission. This may be given in the form of an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) or in the form of a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate (MEIWC).
Make sure to hold onto this certificate as it is direct proof that your business is certified in the correct health and safety standards, and will prevent any unwanted charges to your business to replace the certificate or complete the work again. Additionally, if someone becomes injured on your premises and claims that it was the fault of electrical installation, an up to date Electrical Installation Certificate or a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate can be used as evidence that the work was completed to a satisfactory standard of safety and compliance.
